A Legal Maintenance Organization

Delaware's Newest "LMO" was founded by the owner, (Allen R. Kyle of A.R.K. and Associates, Inc.) in January of 2004, as a Legal Maintenance Organization. Our LMO provides easy and affordable access to legal advice and services through the use of prepaid legal plans. All of our legal plans include a provider law firm, which is very similar to an HMO and their medical provider. The business is relatively new, but Mr. Kyle has been in the legal services industry since 2001, and is certified by The Institute of Fraud Risk Management as a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist.

He spent the past three and a half years as an independent associate with a legal services company. During that time he received training as a small business specialist, employee group benefits specialist, and commercial drivers legal plan specialist. Prior to his business venture, he spent 30 years in the U.S. Army as a medical officer.

His education includes an AAS, BS and a MA degree. He is also a Notary Public in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

We have an affiliate marketing relationship with a legal services company, a small business consulting firm and three business incorporating firms.

Our goal, and passion is to make affordable legal services available to those middle income earners who cannot afford to pay the standard hourly rate for legal advice and services. We believe the LMO concept is an excellent way to accomplish this through the use of pre-paid legal plans.

Mr. Kyle is a member of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and is the Chair Person of the Ambassador Committee, and is a former member of the Business Development Advisory Committee. He is a Past Chairperson of two of their Networking Groups, and is the current Chairperson of their Home Based Business Forum. He is also a member of the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce in Coatesville, PA, is a sitting Board Member of the African American and Latino Chamber of Commerce of Delaware, and is also a member of the National Association of Chamber Ambassadors. He was the 2007 recipient of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce's Entrepreneurial Advocate of the Year Award.
